About Us
Stony Ridge Farms is our home and where all of our wonderfully delicious products are grown, raised and made. We are Bernie and Debbie Antes, a small husband and wife venture. We love rural living and hope to do our small part in helping to preserve this way of life. Sustainable agricultural practices are used throughout our farms, from the hormone free, grass fed beef, free range chickens to our pesticide and herbicide free fruits and vegetables. Quality ingredients are used in our jams and our baking, so it's always fresh and delicious.
What we grow and where we grow it
Our farms are located in the picturesque rolling hills of Jefferson County, near McLouth, Oskaloosa, and Perry, Kansas. We have a nice sized orchard with wonderful tree, bush and vine Fruits. The rich soil here on the hill top enables us to grow wonderful Salad Greens and Fresh Flowers. Our native grass land also supplies us with a grand assortment of Native Wildflowers and Grasses, not to mention the breath taking views.
These same grasses feed our outstanding Grass Fed Beef and our Free Range Chickens supply us with Fresh Brown Eggs.
